Production Operator I

About the role

MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment focused on safety.
• High school diploma or GED not required to start; the company will pay for you to obtain your GED through an accredited program.

Pay

Starting pay: $21.00+ per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2.25 shift premium. Opportunities for several pay increases within the first two years.

Schedule

Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PM. Schedule follows a 3‑2‑2‑3 pattern (3 days work, 2 days off, 2 days work, 3 days off), giving a 3‑day weekend every other weekend with built‑in overtime pay.
