Production Operator I - 1st Shift
About the role
This role is essential to keeping production operations running safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. Production Workers work closely with others to keep packaging and blending operations running smoothly, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support shared goals for safety, quality, and teamwork.
What you will own
- A safe and compliant work environment through consistent adherence to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Daily operation of production equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to support production targets.
- Flexibility across multiple production functions, including operating and monitoring packaging line equipment, assembling kits, and accurately filling large containers with product as required.
- Consistent product quality during packaging by applying established quality control standards to ensure items are clean, properly aligned, and filled to the correct specifications.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong foundation for learning and applying workplace skills.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic that supports consistent team performance.
- Willingness to learn and operate a forklift, with on-the-job training provided.
- Clear communication and solid problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with self-direction.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour. Actual compensation is based on education, experience, and skillset.

Schedule
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. Occasional overtime/weekends may be required.
