Production Operator - DICP (2nd shift)

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Performs work in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Rotates through various stations on the lines, where needed, to ensure production needs are met.
• Completes accurate and timely quality check sheets as defined on machine checklist.
• Understands noncompliant product holds and makes corrective actions as needed.
• Meets machine standard run rates while increasing efficiency and reducing shrinkage by actively participating with the team to achieve company goals.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Complies with safety policies, participates in the plant's safety program, and proactively addresses safety concerns.

EDUCATION

• Must be 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is not required.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous production experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge: Quality-minded, conscientious, and self-motivated.
• Skills: Effective communication.
• Abilities: Not applicable (NA).

PAY & BENEFITS

• The base pay range for this position is $20.51 per hour, plus a night shift premium of $1.25.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

SCHEDULE

• This is a 2nd shift position.
