About the role
As a Production Operator in the Batcher role, you’ll mix and prepare product batches, keep processing equipment running safely, and help ensure every batch meets our quality standards. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to keeping production moving.
Responsibilities
- Pull and measure ingredients following customer specific formulas
- Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas
- Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers
- Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly
- Watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems
- Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays
- Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients
- Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
- 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- 6 months of prior Lift truck, electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred
- Reliable attendance is important for team operations
- Must be self-motivated and conscientious
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems
- Ability to complete certification requirements
- Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred

Pay
$31.76 per hour
Schedule
3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday–Friday. Overtime is paid over 40 hours per week.
