Job Duties
- Set up and operate machinery on an automated production line
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and safety
- Palletize, wrap, and stack finished products for shipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and safety
- Reliability
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.

Pay
- Starting at $16.50/hr
- $21.86/hr upon hire-in
- $23.05/hr with additional training
- Up to $24.74/hr with operator certification (typically within 6 months of hire-in)
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with overtime)
- Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (with overtime)
- Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (with overtime)
