Production Operator
The Impact You'll Make
Operate and monitor multiple machines to produce parts that meet customer and quality specifications
Perform inspections and quality checks using measurement tools and equipment
Track machine performance, identify issues early, and support efficient production flow
Complete basic maintenance and equipment checks to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety and clean room standards
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Basic computer and math skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production specifications
- Foundational manufacturing experience or a strong interest in hands-on production work

Pay & Benefits
The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $19.50. Pay increase at 90 days to $20.10/hour upon successful onboarding completion.
