Production Operator - ACM (2nd Shift)

About the role

As a Production Operator - ACM on the 2nd shift, you will be responsible for operating equipment to produce high-quality coatings. You will work closely with team members to ensure efficient production processes and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coating production machinery
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operation
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
