About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting multiple production processes that help restore and manufacture critical aircraft components. You'll operate production equipment, prepare materials, inspect parts, and help keep work flowing safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations
• Prepare and mix materials according to process specifications
• Load and unload parts and materials from production equipment
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support other production activities as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and specifications
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift 25+ pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Pay

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. This role includes a shift differential of an additional $3.00/hr.

Schedule

Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
