Production Operator: (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all tubs for use in production.
• Mix chemicals for use in cleaning equipment, following appropriate handling procedures for hazardous chemicals.
• Assist Maintenance in completing routine Pic/Pec activities.
• Unclog drains as needed.
• Clean hoses and nozzles.
• Remove equipment covers for sanitation.
• Repair rack wheels as needed.
• Follow all food safety (GMP) and general safety guidelines (LOTO & Haz-COM).
• Keep work area clean and free of clutter and debris.

Qualifications

• Operate regular hoses (120 PSIs) and high-pressured hoses (2,000 PSIs).
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts occasionally.
• Complete hazardous chemical training (Haz-Com).
• Follow lock-out procedures.
