Production Operator - 2nd Shift Job

Earn $19.50 to $21.50 per hour (dependent on prior experience and qualifications) plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers, and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve the objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (required)
• Some technical training or college (preferred)
• Industrial process maintenance experience (highly valued)
• Experience preferred but not required
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
