Production Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to raw materials, transforming them into final high-quality products. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.
You will operate machinery and equipment, package final products, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; always respectful.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
- Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
Pay
$25.55 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential (if applicable).
Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
