Production Operator - 2nd Shift
About the role
The Byesville, OH, USA plant of Kerry is looking for a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing. This role involves running and monitoring packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility, ensuring efficient line operation and adherence to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Run and monitor packaging and production equipment
- Maintain safety, quality, and teamwork standards
- Set up equipment and monitor quality
- Support changeovers and keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform hands-on tasks involving machinery, problem-solving, and teamwork
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be over 18 years old
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or high-speed packaging preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with SAP (a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Willingness to work overtime or extended hours when needed
- Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented
Qualifications

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $19.34 per hour.
Schedule
This is a rotating shift from 230 PM to 11 AM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours on Saturdays.
