The Production Operator 2nd or 3rd Shift position at 3M Tilton, NH involves collaborating with innovative colleagues globally to produce electrical insulating paper used in various markets. Key responsibilities include operating production equipment, managing material flows, ensuring high-quality outputs, driving forklifts, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and adjust material flows to achieve high-quality production outputs.
• Drive forklifts and operate other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Follow safe work procedures and exemplify 3M's safety culture.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Package.
• Understanding of Lean Management Systems and lean tools.

Skills

• Microsoft Office Package proficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean Management Systems and lean tools.

Pay
