Production Night Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse operations Sunday through Thursday
• Inventory control and planning the use of resources such as labor, time and materials
• Inventory Management - counting boxes quickly and accurately, regular rotation of product inventory (FIFO), perform regular cycle counts, etc.
• Working in Cold Storage - regularly working in cooler and freezer environment
• Order selecting - scanning completed orders
• Load and Unloading trailers - using Forklift and electric Pallet Jacks
• Training, managing and motivating warehouse staff
• Communication - ability to professionally communicate verbally and electronically with other staff
• Maintaining equipment maintenance records
• Meeting deadlines and handling pressure
• Drafting emails on the computer, creating and modifying company documents, procedures, disciplinary actions, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 + years of warehouse operation experience - required
• Food Industry experience - preferred
• Prior Supervisor experience - preferred
• Prior experience working in cold storage - preferred
• The ability to train and motivate employess
