About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's administrative systems and ensuring the security of sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's password system
- Ensure all employees are trained on proper password management practices
- Monitor and respond to security alerts related to passwords
- Collaborate with IT to implement and update password policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in password management and cybersecurity
- Experience with password management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-standard password management protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Experience with password encryption and decryption
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
