Production Manager - Women's Outerwear and Activewear

About the role

Own production for a growing women's apparel program, from cost sheets to final shipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage production calendars, POs, and style approvals across outerwear, activewear, and sportswear.
• Work daily with overseas factories and agents to resolve issues and protect delivery dates.
• Track WIP, approve extensions and vessel bookings, and lead the production team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in apparel production or sourcing
• Costco program experience
• Garment costing and cost sheet expertise
• Strong factory negotiation skills

Pay

$100,000 to $115,000/yr
