Production Manager, Production Services
About the role
Works on events both large and small across the Village. There are Pre-event tasks, Event tasks and Post Event Tasks.
Responsibilities
- Pre-event tasks include things such as Site Visits, budgeting, creating room diagrams, creating equipment lists, ordering equipment and labor scheduling.
- Event tasks include things such as setting up equipment, organizing powerpoint presentations, managing freelance labor, operating equipment and running presentations.
- Post-event tasks include tearing down the equipment, processing labor invoices, billing back various departments and closing the job in our system.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AV Systems
- Knowledge of AV Procedures
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Vectorworks Spotlight drafting software
- Experience working in the event technology and production services industry, with a concentration in corporate events and/or trade shows (optional)

Pay
The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
Schedule
Travel: 25% Nights/Weekends: 10-20%

- Language Skills: Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

Work Environment
Level III - Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic).
Physical Demands
Ability to lift minimum of 5 lbs to a max of 50 lbs unassisted and able to stand, sit, stoop, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions. Manual dexterity as required for specific equipment and ability to use computer keyboard and peripherals.
