Production Manager II

Wharton-Smith, Inc is seeking a Production Manager II to support project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing work using the Wharton-Smith Production Management System (PMS).

About the role

This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to improve workflow, planning reliability, and continuous improvement across all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing work using the Wharton-Smith Production Management System (PMS).
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to enhance workflow and planning reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement across all phases of construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• 2-5 years of commercial and/or water plant construction experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PlanGrid, Primavera P6, budget software, and project management software.
• CAD or SketchUp experience is a plus.
