About the Role

The Production Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all restoration and reconstruction projects. This hands-on, detail-oriented leader will coordinate field teams, manage job schedules, maintain quality control, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide outstanding customer service. You’ll work directly with the owner to drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance, allowing the owner to focus on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all field crews, subcontractors, and project timelines
  • Coordinate daily job schedules and dispatch crews effectively
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
  • Perform job site visits for quality assurance and problem-solving
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with estimators, project coordinators, and insurance adjusters
  • Oversee materials, equipment logistics, and job readiness
  • Maintain detailed documentation in Xactimate, DASH, and other software
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field staff
  • Enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in restoration, construction, or property damage recovery
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Xactimate, DASH, or similar platforms preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
