About the role

Join a high-impact events production team where you will help bring virtual, hybrid, and live enterprise events to life for large internal audiences and leadership stakeholders. This role blends strategic content planning, live broadcast execution, and speaker support to deliver polished, engaging experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production for virtual, hybrid, and live events, from early planning through post-event debrief
  • Partner with event stakeholders to shape show flow, technical agendas, audience engagement, and production standards
  • Serve as the primary production liaison between internal teams, technical partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Direct live broadcasts in real time and make confident production decisions during live shows
  • Manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Own speaker coordination, including communications, scheduling, rehearsals, tech checks, recordings, and live appearances
  • Provide coaching and preparation support for executives and senior leaders presenting on camera
  • Coordinate speaker resources, rehearsals, and table reads to ensure presenters are prepared for event day
  • Integrate slides, video, live demos, and remote contributors into a cohesive production
  • Create and maintain production documentation such as timelines, cue sheets, run-of-show documents, and session logistics
  • Track presentation assets and manage content collection to ensure all materials are complete and ready in advance
  • Lead post-event reviews to identify improvements and strengthen future production processes
  • Continuously improve templates, tools, and workflows that support scalable event delivery
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure events are aligned, polished, and on brand

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in event production, content management, or live broadcast production
  • Strong hands-on experience producing large-scale Zoom events, including webinars, town halls, all-hands meetings, and multi-session conferences
  • Experience managing keynotes or general sessions for large audiences with full show-flow ownership
  • Ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Technical fluency with virtual event platforms, broadcast production tools, and enterprise AV environments
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools and digital asset management systems
  • Familiarity with live streaming or broadcast production environments
  • Experience partnering with external production vendors and managing deliverables
  • Ability to build scalable workflows and reusable production templates
  • Strong presentation coaching and executive prep skills
  • Background in designing engaging audience experiences for distributed or hybrid events

Pay

The pay range for this role is $33 - $67 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
