Production Manager

About the role

Production Managers are expected to maintain the highest level of service to our customers while overseeing the after-sales relationship and relaying expectations to installation teams. This full-time position reports to the branch General Manager and assists in all production operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation and services
• Collect monies owed to the company by customers
• Provide continuous training for crews, including onsite installation and safety
• Clearly and consistently communicate company policies and procedures
• Schedule and report daily production activities to management
• Ensure knowledge and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs
• Oversee daily vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Cultivate corporate culture and ensure production/installation staff adhere to established guidelines
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Perform installations, chop and drop, and services as needed
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory ordering
• Staff and manage the production department
