Production Manager

About the role

Production Managers are expected to maintain the highest level of service to our customers while overseeing the after-sales relationship and ensuring this standard is upheld by each installation team they manage. This full-time position reports to the branch General Manager and supports all production operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation and service appointments
• Collect monies owed to the company by customers
• Provide continuous training for crews, including onsite installation and safety protocols
• Clearly and consistently communicate company policies and procedures
• Schedule and report daily production activities to management
• Maintain knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspected daily
• Cultivate the appropriate corporate culture and ensure production/installation staff adhere to established guidelines
• Address customer complaints and concerns as needed
• Perform installations, chop and drop services, and other tasks as required
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory ordering
• Oversee staffing for the production department and manage production employees
