Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail merchandising, display, and fixture programs simultaneously.
- Obtain vendor quotes, evaluate timelines, and coordinate production schedules.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Release final artwork and production files, route approvals, and secure sign-off.
- Review print proofs, prototypes, and production samples to ensure quality and design intent.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and production documents.
- Cook up deadlines with suppliers, project owners, and installation partners.
- Coordinate installation instructions, store rollout schedules, and execution details.
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and completion recaps.
- Support a high volume of weekly launches, particularly during peak seasonal periods.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production management experience within retail marketing, displays, fixtures, POP/POS, or print production.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and print production methods.
- Experience working directly with fabrication, print, and installation vendors.
- The ability to take ownership of projects already in flight and quickly drive them forward.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale retail rollouts across multiple regions is highly preferred.
