About the role

Cintas is seeking a Rental Production Manager – L2 (Level 2) to create a high-performing operational environment with a team focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve objectives. This role is accountable for developing a high-performing team, overseeing all plant operations, and ensuring on-time delivery of products that exceed customer expectations in service and quality, positioning Cintas as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience – Collaborate with Sales and Service teams by conducting plant tours, setting expectations, and resolving quality issues to grow and retain business.
• Partner Experience – Foster an environment that sustains a motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce where partners feel supported and perform at their best.
• Safety and Risk Management – Promote and sustain a culture of world-class safety. Ensure compliance with corporate audit requirements, policies, and safety, health, and environmental systems. Implement and maintain the safety scorecard and fatality prevention program. Engage partners in safety and ergonomic improvements to eliminate injuries. Participate in monthly Safety Improvement Committee (SIC) meetings and lead by example.
• Communication – Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to align the production team with shared location goals and key performance indicators. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to provide resources that exceed customer expectations. Maintain positive communication with the Service team, Branch leadership, and SSRs through initiatives, meetings, route rides, and branch visits.
• Perform all other assigned duties, including responsibilities, tasks, and working conditions necessary to fulfill job requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
• Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.
