Production Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Pay

Expected starting base salary of $122,000 to $172,000 per year, varying based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing goals, quality standards, and delivery requirements are consistently achieved.
• Manage production schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and customer demand.
• Lead, train, and develop production personnel while supporting performance management and workforce planning activities.
• Monitor inventory usage, production costs, and operational metrics to improve productivity and control expenses.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and overall plant performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality management, and workplace safety practices.
• Previous experience managing production schedules, staffing requirements, and operational performance metrics.
• Ability to oversee multiple priorities while maintaining efficiency, quality, and customer service expectations.
