Production Manager Assistant

About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Production Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating production activities
• Help monitor manufacture parts levels and place orders as needed
• Aid in quality control processes and reporting
• Prepare and maintain production documentation
• Support the Production Manager in implementing process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail
