Production Manager - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the production facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance product quality.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is beneficial.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

3rd Shift - Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
