Production Manager - 1st Shift

About the role

Responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage team members and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to maintain quality standards
• Manage and motivate a team of production workers
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor and report on production metrics to management
• Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
