Production Maintenance Tech- Experienced
About the role
This is NOT a building maintenance or facilities maintenance position. We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the manufacturing equipment that keeps our production lines running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, welding, and basic carpentry issues.
- Diagnose equipment failures and safely restore production as quickly as possible.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production employees to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, production maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or similar experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Basic math and geometry skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Dependable attendance.
Qualifications
- Technical school, maintenance certification, military mechanical experience, or related trade experience preferred.
- Welding experience.
- Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, multi-meters, and common maintenance hand tools.
- Experience using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office.

Pay
$32.00-$36.50 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + Overtime as Needed (hours may be adjusted slightly, based on coverage needs)
