Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines
- Maintain production flow
- Report production
- Check parts for quality
- Assist with scrap recording
- Follow 5S procedures and safety standards
- Identify and address production issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and self-starter
- Excellent team player
- Able to operate pallet jacks
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Technical education at junior college level (in electrical, mechanical)
- Knowledge in Injection Molding Machines, Quality, Manufacturing and 5S
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and have a can-do attitude
