Responsibilities
- Work with raw material to complete a mix formula
- Mix ingredients to complete the batch
- Packaging the material or palletizing for shipping
- Achieve high-performance standards in housekeeping
- Operate auxiliary equipment as needed
- Operate in a safe manner according to manual, training, and batch card instructions
- Maintain the workstation and keep it clean and organized
- Communicate to lead or supervisor any quality, safety, scheduling, and food safety issues
- Assist in training new team members
- Adhere to the Food Defense and Security functions within the facility
- Perform all the above tasks in a safe manner by following the company's GMPs, SOPs, and safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Write routine reports
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Work well with others or independently
- Forklift certified (helpful)
- Computer skills helpful

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 1:42 pm-10:12 pm
Weekends are mandatory based on needs. All overtime is scheduled per the UFCW Contract
