Production Line Worker
About the role
Employees will work primarily on the production lines (S-1, S-2, S-3, and S-4) and may be assigned to other tasks as needed. The position requires operating machines and performing various physical movements, including standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting (10-45 lbs.).
Employees will receive training on specific machines and be cross-trained to operate multiple positions within departments as determined by management. A strong work ethic, drive for continuous improvement, and support of the team are essential.
Flexible hours are required due to production demands and the nature of the products.
Pay
Base pay range: $16.36 - $27.26. Final base pay will be determined based on factors such as role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal pay equity.
