Production Line Operator - Night Shift
Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams. Oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts, and preparing finished goods for customers.
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay
$20.75 / hr. plus shift premiums: $2.00/hr. for 2nd shift, $3.00/hr. for 3rd shift. Relevant experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
- Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
- Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
- Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
- Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues
Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Effective communication and social skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications
- General computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting
- Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification
- Capability to stand/work for an 8-hour shift and lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–50 lbs
- Minimum age of 18 years
