Responsibilities
- Lead safe work practices, housekeeping standards, and asset care.
- Ensure equipment reliability by identifying and escalating issues promptly.
- Support production goals through waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner across shifts to align production priorities and performance goals.
- Use OPEN+ tools to identify root causes, solve problems, and improve results.
- Coach and develop teams to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
- Supervise and support direct and indirect reports through effective leadership and accountability.
- Assist with workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate across functions to resolve personnel, quality, safety, and equipment issues.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Manufacturing leadership experience.
- 3-5 years of production floor experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workforce planning, and operational challenges.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods preferred.
- Understanding of quality systems, quality control, and quality assurance practices.
Skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer focus.
- Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000
