Production Line Assistant

About the role

We are seeking Coating Line Assistants to join our dynamic team. This position operates on a 12-hour night shift with a 2/2/3 schedule, working 15 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
• Review and follow process specification sheets
• Make adjustments to machines and material requirements based on job specifications
• Auxiliary support for line crew during color changes, startups, shutdowns, and preventative maintenance tasks
• Promote safety and maintain a clean work environment
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly

Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous factory experience helpful, but training provided

Skills

• Some computer skills preferred
