Production Lead - Cleanroom
About the role
The Production Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, meeting department goals, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assists supervisors/managers in achieving productivity, department goals, and quality standards.
- Coordinates work in a specific production area.
- Maintains a standard for quantity and quality of work.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Willingness to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
- Willingness to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
