Functions & Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety standards are taught and followed consistently.
- Provide leadership to a team of employees (bag dumpers, machine operators, forklift operators).
- Assign work areas, cross-train employees, and maintain consistent interaction.
- Step in across roles when necessary to support operations.
- Communicate issues and concerns promptly to manager.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
Job Requirements
- The ability to work in a “Team” environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Good organizational and people skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Able to operate machinery and equipment.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Maintenance experience is a plus.
Pay
Starting at $22/hr.
