Production Lead

Bilinski Sausage, a leader in producing high‑quality, all‑natural sausages, is seeking a Line Lead for its 1st & 2nd Shift Packaging Operations in Cohoes, NY.

Responsibilities

• Meet packaging efficiency goals.
• Motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, on‑time starts, and sanitation for the line.
• Complete all batch paperwork and ensure product packaging specifications are met.
• Fill in for key line positions when needed.
• Organize and prepare all supplies, including labels and packaging materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams as a Production Lead or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Pay

Weekly pay at $23.00 per hour. Second‑shift employees receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 5:45 am – 3:00 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime).
2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime).
Weekends off.
