About the role

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is hiring for the position of Executive – Production, Grade A3, under the Production function at Nira, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will report to the Shift In-charge. The main purpose of the role is to ensure shift plant operation as per SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plant as per the instruction of the Shift In-charge.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment used in the process area.
• Online monitoring of environmental conditions in the process area.
• Recording all plant readings regularly.
• Managing raw material transfers.
• Loading/unloading materials from drums and tanks as per instructions.
• Collecting process samples following safety precautions.
• Ensuring safety of personnel and equipment, and maintaining housekeeping of the plant.
• Adhering strictly to the permit system and filling check sheets of WCM.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc.
• Experience: 2–4 years in continuous chemical processes.

Required Skills

• Operating knowledge of continuous chemical processes.
• Working knowledge of reactors.
• Adherence to quality and safety norms.
• Knowledge of DCS/PLC-based plant operation.
