Production - Installer

Starting pay: $16 per hour base pay, plus bonus per job completion. Work in a team of three with an uncapped bonus structure that rewards efficiency—higher team efficiency means higher potential earnings.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions, including peering and smart jacks
• Deliver high-quality work that leaves homeowners grateful and secure
• Operate safely in and around job sites with provided training on tools and materials

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including motor vehicle record, felony/misdemeanor background check, and drug screening
• Ability to travel 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays
• Proven track record of hard work, discipline, and dedication
