What's the Short Version?
A Production II associate is responsible for multiple duties including restocking, order audit, and picking orders.What Will You Be Doing?
- Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
- Restock product into designated locations.
- Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
- Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
- Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
- Maintain minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
What Are We Looking For?
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
- Ability to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
- Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to details.
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Essential days or overtime may be required.

What Should You Expect?
- Stand, walk, talk, and hear.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
- Reach with hands and arms, grasp, perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- Climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend, carry.
- Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
- Work in a moderately noisy environment.
- Occasionally work near conveyor systems.
- Exposure to dust and changes in weather conditions.
- Work is performed under typical warehouse conditions.
- Potential hazards exist with regard to machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, etc.
- Work environment is hectic and fast-paced.
- Regular exposure to ambient lighting and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
