Production Housekeeping - General Assembler 1 (Urgent Need) Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas in the production floor
• Using dust mop to clean production floors
• Mopping production floor with approved chemicals per procedure
• Buffing production floors as needed as schedule
• Cleaning doors, windows, fire extinguishers, desk areas, chairs, copy machines in the production floor
• Emptying common trash cans from assembly and packaging areas as needed
• Cleaning main and packaging transition rooms daily with approved cleaning solutions
• Emptying trash cans from transition rooms as needed and replacing plastic bags
• Cleaning and organizing mop closet as needed
• Washing mops and mop buckets as at the end of every shift
• Changing dust mops and mop heads per procedure
• Participating in saving projects or assignments as requested by manager
• Seeking out assistance from co-workers as needed

Qualifications

• High School/GED - Not required
• 3 months in cleaning activities - Preferred
• Ability to communicate in a positive way
• Available to work overtime as required
• Good Attendance
• Organization
