Redbarn Pet Products is seeking motivated Seasonal Production Helpers to join our team in Great Bend, Kansas for seasonal assignments during May 2026 – August 2026 or October 2026 – January 2027. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience, earn competitive pay, and enjoy fully covered travel and housing.
Pay
- Starting pay: $12.50/hour
- $2,400 completion bonus
Schedule
- Full-time hours: 40–45 hours/week
- Overtime opportunities (based on operational needs)

Responsibilities
- Assist with production tasks and support the manufacturing team.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Available for one of the listed seasonal periods.
- Reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- No prior experience required – training provided.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to regularly stand, reach, speak, and hear.
- Frequently walk and use hands to handle or feel objects.
- Occasionally climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lift/move:
- Regularly: 10–25 lbs
- Frequently: up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally: up to 100 lbs
- Must have close, distance, and depth vision.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (50–60°F).
