Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Hand Packager/Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, package, and finish products while helping ensure completed orders meet our quality standards. Your Responsibilities Assemble, bind, and package materials and finished productsPerform basic quality checks, including measuring, weighing, counting, strength testing, and inspecting product and package appearanceFold and tape boxes, apply labels, and prepare products for shipmentStack completed boxes on pallets according to job requirementsFollow job instructions and established production proceduresMaintain an organized and safe work area Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM You Must Have Experience working with equipment in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to follow established procedures and production guidelinesAttention to detail and ability to perform basic quality checksAbility to work effectively in a production environment Requirements Within This Position Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $17.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
