We are a fully integrated sand supply and services company, offering complete sand, logistics, storage, and management solutions to our customers with our in-basin trans-loading terminals and our smartsystem storage capabilities. We own and operate premium frac sand mines and related processing facilities in Wisconsin and Illinois, which have access to three Class I rail lines, allowing us to deliver products substantially anywhere in the United States and Canada.

About the role

We are currently looking for individuals to join our Production team as members of the Night Shift Grounds Crew at our Oakdale, WI facility. This position performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks as directed by the management team and works under the supervision of the Production Manager.

The rate for this position is $24.00/hour with a $1.00 shift differential for working the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor (e.g., plant clean-up, housekeeping).
• Follows direction and completes tasks in a timely manner with close supervision.
• Cleans under tail pulleys and high build-up areas and ensures belts are tracking properly.
• Assists maintenance team in performing routine maintenance and repairs (e.g., greasing, fueling, lubricating, and changing rollers).
• Replaces or assists other staff as needed or directed.
• Works cooperatively to comply with facility-wide environmental and quality management systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• MSHA training and experience is a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical resulting in medical clearance to wear a respirator.
• Must be able to read, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Good judgment is required.
• Must be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work any assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
