Production Graphic Designer (6-Month Contract)
About the role
The Production Graphic Designer Contractor will assist the NB Global Creative Studio team with production of global and regional digital marketing kits. This is a temporary 6-month contract position. The individual will work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week on-site at our headquarters in Brighton, MA (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days per week remotely.
Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of creative projects (global and regional emails, site components, social, affiliate banners, OOH and occasionally print advertising)
- Handle several projects at a time and keep the Lead Designer & Global Ops Coordinator informed of any issues that may arise
- Keep a high level of creative output while holding to deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in design
- 2+ years work experience creating and designing special projects
- Proven knowledge and success in working across a variety of formats
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Prior experience working in a project workflow management app such as Asana or ProWorkflow is preferred

Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and typography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with project workflow management tools (Asana, ProWorkflow)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay

Schedule
New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work, we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
