Compensation

Wages start at $18.95 to $23.75 per hour. Additional compensation includes a $3.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus paid weekly, a quarterly perfect attendance bonus of 3%, an annual perfect attendance bonus of 3.5%, and a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Distinguish the different cuts of meat
• Pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop
• Obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf
• Determine whether a product is within specification
• Quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement
• Place finished tray onto conveyor
• Move readily from line to line as required by product flow
• Wear all required personal protective equipment
• React to change and handle any other essential tasks assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areas
• General labor duties and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
• This is a safety‑sensitive, on‑site position
