We're looking for an experienced Production Foreman to lead daily rail welding operations at our Granite City, Illinois facility. This Is a Working Leadership Role Where You'll guide production employeesCoordinate daily work assignmentsSupport quality and safety initiatives And help keep operations running efficiently You'll work alongside your team to troubleshoot equipment, support production when needed, and ensure every shift delivers quality products while maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements What You'll Bring 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, rail, welding, or heavy equipment productionExperience leading, coaching, or directing production teamsStrong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting industrial equipmentCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, or TeamsAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join A&K Railroad Materials?
