Production Equipment Specialist (Multiple Shifts)

About the role

Will be the subject matter expert (SME) of semi-automated and automation equipment. Responsible for the up time and performance of the production lines. Partners with engineering to troubleshoot line issues. Leads the automation teams and assures adherence to the production schedule. Determines efficiencies in the manufacturing processes and implements improvements. Assists with maintenance of the automation machines. Performs training of the equipment with personnel.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience within the cleanroom
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of clean room procedures
• Knowledge of and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
• Basic computer and math skills
