About the role

The Production Engineering Team at Fluidstack is responsible for owning and operating one of the largest GPU fleets in the world. Key responsibilities include building the metrics pipelines, alerting, and unified health view for the entire compute fleet; automating the repair pipeline to keep pace with a 10 GW fleet; qualifying every new GPU generation within a 6-month build window; migrating live compute at construction speed; and ensuring the fleet is operable at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build the metrics pipelines, alerting, and unified health view for the entire compute fleet.
  • Automate the repair pipeline to keep pace with a 10 GW fleet.
  • Qualify every new GPU generation within a 6-month build window.
  • Migrate live compute at construction speed.
  • Ensure the fleet is operable at scale.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent with AI tooling.
  • Experience with AI coding tools.
  • Experience with hardware lifecycle management and RMA automation.
  • Experience with BMC/Redfish or IPMI tooling.
  • Experience with GPU qualification or burn-in frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow and orchestration engines (Temporal, Cadence).
  • Experience with metrics and alerting pipelines (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experience with Go or Python.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options. We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
